By downloading, installing, or using Rapid Reader ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rapid Reader is a reading training application that uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to help users improve their reading speed and comprehension.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of the App require a subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings

4. User Content

You may import your own books and documents into the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-imported content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App to distribute copyrighted material without authorization

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
